Overview

Printed Resistance is a creative project that blends activism, design, and 3D printing — transforming political statements into physical artefacts. Each piece is both a product and a message, reflecting movements for liberation and justice through minimalist, symbolic design. The project started as a small experimental series and evolved into a full brand built around solidarity, resistance, and design as protest.

Solution

I designed the entire identity and product ecosystem for Printed Resistance, from its visual language and branding to the physical 3D-printed line of coasters, keyrings, notebooks, and wall art. Every design carries a symbolic motif — like the Palestinian map, the keffiyeh pattern, or fists of resistance — made tangible through print.

The accompanying online store and social channels extend this aesthetic digitally, pairing bold photography with statements of solidarity and information about causes the brand supports. The aim is to make activism tactile, affordable, and ever-present.

Results

Printed Resistance has grown into both a creative outlet and a platform for advocacy. It has connected with communities online through MakerWorld, Etsy, and social media, raising awareness and funds for humanitarian causes while inspiring others to express activism through design.

The project embodies NotSoConceptual’s ethos — using design and fabrication not just for aesthetics or function, but for meaning and message.
